The College of Ophthalmologists of Hong Kong (College) endeavours to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (PDPO).

To conduct business of the College, we may invite you to provide personal data at different times on this website.

We may provide necessary data to the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and / or the Medical Council of Hong Kong regarding the administration of the CME program, for matters of trainee and / or specialist registration and/or for any lawful purpose. Data may also be provided under statutory requirement or by order of a court of law in Hong Kong.

The College shall only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected, unless otherwise required by relevant regulations or statutes.
