Abstract

Patients with increased intracranial pressure frequently present to ophthalmologists with a variety of neurologic complaints. This report describes a patient with congeni- tal cerebrovenous malformation who developed increased intracranial pressure following unilateral radical neck dissection. The pathogenesis, diagnostic investigations, interpretation, and subsequent management of this condition are discussed.
